Engine Management Fault
When initially checking this vehicle there were a number of inactive codes that were logged then cleared.
The vehicle was then road tested on order to pinpoint the troublesome codes.
When the ems fault returned we had pinpointed the problem to a NOX sensor issue.
After carrying out various diagnostics tests we found two problems :
1- blocked AdBlue injector
2- water ingress at the NOX sensor multiplug
Both problems were rectified, at the customer’s home and fault codes cleared. The vehicle was road tested and fault has never returned
